What kind of training? Obedience can start at 4 months (after all shots) and protection training usually starts at 1-1 1/2 yrs old.

you’r dog cannot do a proper take down when the guy is running the dog should go for the arm that is slightly on a slant to do a good take down but other than that he is a great dog if it were my dog you were trying to hit it would probably try kill you or something my dog was previously trained police dog and they gave us a command list and how she should act they have a strict training routine from the second day the dog is born and takes aprox half a year or a whole year ofCONSTANT training

The reason some dogs bark and lunge at a person, is they sense or smell the person unblanced mental state of the person.
i think it was a test to see if the dog would go after the stick and the person wielding the stick.
police k9 dogs, handlers, and training techniques are WAAAAAAAAAAAAy different.
i’ve seen one police dog in a nyc subway that barked and lunged at a black guy for no other reason that him being black. the handler tried hard to control the dog.
